• Structure: Constructed using load-bearing blocks of poplar or fir wood with varying thicknesses. Infill parts consist of raw fiber or 2.5 mm poplar plywood. Sides are made from 18mm agglomerate wood. The entire structure is covered in 100% polyamide interliner thermocoupled with foam and/or resin-coated polyester fiber wadding for added durability and comfort.
• Springing: Utilizes 80 mm mechanically tensioned elastic bands, comprised of rubber threads covered with spirally wound nylon thread, providing robust and reliable support.

Padding:

– Seat cushion: Made of non-deformable D30 foam, topped with 200 g resin-coated polyester fiber wadding for enhanced comfort and resilience.
– Back cushion: Consists of non-deformable D18 foam, covered with 100 g resin-coated polyester fiber wadding. Various pads and shapes in D25 and D21 are included for additional support.
– Lumbar support: Constructed with 100% virgin siliconed hollow polyester flake, contained within a 50 g non-woven covering for optimal support and comfort.
– Armrest cushion: Comprised of D18 foam covered with 300 g heat-bonded polyester fiber wadding, ensuring plushness and support.
